I set up Heavy Guru at the end of 2004, having worked as an agency designer
for over ten years, to offer affordable creative design and consultancy
to businesses, individuals and web developers.
We focus on creating web sites and user interfaces built using web standards
but can also provide technically challenging data driven web sites and
mobile solutions. OSCommerce
interfaces and custom designs keep us pretty busy these days too, so if
your site could do with an overhaul why not get in touch.
Working from a small London studio we operate as a lightweight virtual
company meaning that costly overheads are kept to a minimum and not passed
on to you. If larger projects require specialist skills, our close associations
with other agencies enable the right team to be assembled to deliver the
project on time and on budget.
As well as pushing pixels we still love the smell of fresh ink and enjoy
print design too.
Hedge Start
Design concept for a hedge fund support business. I created 3D models
of icons that had been proposed by the agency handling the brand development
to create a strong photographic feel to differentiate them from the crowd.
Unfortunately they opted for a more traditional approach.
